For local operators & experience vendors
Hotel guests book local experiences every day — and they book through whatever the hotel recommends. FRONTHOUSE puts approved operators inside the hotel's own branded portal. No ad spend. No algorithm. Just high-intent guests who trust the recommendation because it came from their hotel.
A guest at the Harbour Kingston isn't on Viator at midnight comparing options. They're asking the concierge or checking the hotel app — looking for what the property recommends. That's a completely different buying mode. High intent. Hotel-trusted. No comparison shopping. FRONTHOUSE puts you in that moment, not a search result page.
How it works
01
Apply
Submit your experience. The hotel reviews your category fit and guest relevance — this is a curated list, not a directory. Once approved, you're live.
02
Get discovered
Your listing appears inside the hotel's branded portal immediately. Guests see you through the property, not a search engine — which means they're already decided to go out, and you're the trusted recommendation.
03
Receive bookings. That's it.
Guests discover and book. You fulfill. FRONTHOUSE routes the booking, handles payment, and settles payouts monthly. No invoicing, no chasing, no algorithm changes mid-season.
See what it looks like
The Harbour Kingston portal is live right now with real vendor listings. Browse it exactly as a hotel guest would — this is what your listing looks like after approval.
Why it's different
vs. Viator / GetYourGuide
They charge 20–30% to place you next to 10,000 competitors in cold search. FRONTHOUSE costs the same as Viator's floor — but the guests are hotel-recommended, already in market, and not comparison shopping. That's a fundamentally different booking.
vs. direct marketing
You don't need ads, social, or an audience. The hotel's existing guest flow is your demand — already there, already qualified, already looking for what to do.
vs. OTA listings
OTAs own the guest relationship. FRONTHOUSE routes through the hotel's recommendation, which converts at higher rates because trust is already established before the click.
What it costs
FRONTHOUSE only earns when it brings you a booking. The commission applies exclusively to guests we route through the hotel portal — not your direct sales, not your walk-ins, not anything you already had. Your existing revenue is completely untouched.
No listing fee. No setup cost. No monthly charge. You set your price — the commission is deducted from bookings we send you. You keep the rest.
On FRONTHOUSE-routed bookings only
~20%
On bookings we bring you through the hotel portal. Your direct sales pay nothing. Rate is agreed at sign-up and locked — no changes mid-pilot.
Same rate as Viator's floor. Fundamentally different demand.
What this means in practice
If you currently sell 200 tickets a month and FRONTHOUSE routes 40 additional hotel guests, you pay commission only on those 40 bookings. Your existing 200 bookings are untouched — same price, same margin, no change. The commission only applies to guests who came through us and wouldn't have found you otherwise.
Example: 40 new bookings/mo
$85
avg booking
40 × $85 = $3,400 new revenue
You keep $2,720 after 20% commission
Your commission cost
$680
at 20%
For 40 new bookings you wouldn't have had
vs. spending $800–$1,200 on ads for the same result
Net new revenue
$2,720
per month
From guests who weren't in your funnel
Hotel-recommended demand you didn't have to earn
