- Booking data: experience selected, date, quantity, room number, special requests
- Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe — we never store card details
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (standard web analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and confirm your booking
- Send booking confirmation and relevant communications
- Coordinate experience delivery with hotel and vendor partners
- Comply with legal and financial obligations
- Improve the platform and resolve disputes
We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

Your booking data is shared with:
- Hotel partner: for concierge coordination and fulfilment
- Vendor partner: to prepare and deliver your experience
- Stripe: for payment processing — subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy
- Supabase: our database infrastructure provider
5. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data for non-financial records by contacting us directly.
