The pilot is free for every property. After the pilot, fees are based on room count — boutique properties pay nothing, ever. Every tier covers its fee within the first two bookings of the month.

How the money moves
FRONTHOUSE collects 100% of guest payment at the point of booking. Vendor payouts and hotel commission are calculated and tracked live in the operator console. Both are settled monthly. Compare that to Viator, where the hotel earns nothing and the vendor pays more.

Common questions
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. The 6-week pilot runs commission-only — no setup fee, no monthly charge regardless of your property size. FRONTHOUSE earns only when bookings happen. If nothing books, you owe nothing.
What happens at the end of the 6-week pilot?
You receive a board-ready report showing total guest spend captured, hotel commission earned, vendor performance, and a recommendation. There is no automatic rollover — you decide based on the data.
How does the monthly fee work after the pilot?
The fee is based on your room count. Under 50 rooms: free forever, commission-only. 51–150 rooms: $199/month. 151–300 rooms: $399/month. 301+ rooms: $599/month. The fee is covered by the first two bookings of the month at any tier.
What about boutique properties — is it really free forever?
Yes. Properties under 50 rooms stay commission-only indefinitely — no monthly fee during the pilot or after. The platform economics work for both sides at commission-only rates.
When and how does the hotel receive its commission?
FRONTHOUSE collects 100% of guest payment at the point of booking via Stripe. Hotel commission is tracked live in the operator console and paid out monthly. Nothing is held or deducted from the hotel — commission flows to the property, not from it.
What does the vendor pay, and what do they get?
Vendors pay ~20% on bookings FRONTHOUSE routes to them — lower than Viator or GetYourGuide (20–30%). In exchange they get access to high-intent hotel guests who are already in market. There's no listing fee, no monthly cost to the vendor, and no ad spend required.
How does the Property Group plan work?
$500/month covers up to 5 properties. Additional properties are $100/month each. For a group running $10,000/month in combined commission, the flat fee is 5% of revenue. Shared vendor pool means vendors onboarded for one property are available to all.
