Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Overview

FRONTHOUSE is a guest experience booking platform operated by HOUSESONHILLS under its HOUSELABS product division. By completing a booking through any FRONTHOUSE-powered hotel portal or experience page, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a booking, you authorise a charge to your payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.

FRONTHOUSE acts as a booking facilitator. The experience itself is delivered by the named vendor partner. The hotel partner coordinates concierge handoff and guest communication.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and are stated on each experience detail page. In general:

  • Standard experiences: free cancellation with at least 24–48 hours' notice.
  • VIP and Nightlife experiences: 72-hour cancellation notice required.
  • Transportation: refundable up to 6 hours before service time.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, contact the hotel team directly or email the address in your confirmation email.

4. Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate guest information at checkout, including name, email, phone number, and requested date. FRONTHOUSE and its hotel partners are not liable for booking errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

5. Experience Delivery

FRONTHOUSE facilitates the booking but does not directly deliver experiences. In the event a vendor is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, the hotel team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOUSESONHILLS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FRONTHOUSE or the experiences booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
